Modern vs Legacy Subscriptions

How your subscriptions are identified in the MyCloudIT platform.

To utilize any of the MyCloudIT platform features, you first must add a provider and subscription. When a subscription is added, the platform does a check to see if it is a "Modern" or "Legacy" type. Based on the type, it is how the API pulls the cost information that is displayed within our platform.

• Modern subscriptions will have a Microsoft Customer Agreement signed and Legacy subscriptions will not.
• Modern subscriptions will utilize the new commerce platform and an Azure Plan offer as opposed to the prior CSP plan.
• If there is an error with your subscription(s), please reach out to MyCloudIT support.
